How much is the shipping and how long it will take?

We use folllowing delivery services: Royal Mail Signed For, Second Class £4.00 (usually 3-5 working days) Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed £7.40 (1-3 working days) International shipping: Parcel Force "Express48" £8.00 (3-10 working days) If you have any specail requests regarding shipping please contact us or leave a message when placing the order (there willl be an option to leave the note at the checkout)
Why do we stock only babygirls' clothing?

What is the return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product up to 10 days from the date you purchased. To return the item, please contact us for further information at hello@mycharlottka.com

Every item is handmade in our workshop. We use the highest quality textiles and materials. Safety certificate is available upon request.
